Between Attraction and Void, b/w analog photography. Ongoing series, started in 2015.

“An object’s motion cannot change unless it is acted upon by a force.“
– Newton

Between Attraction and Void is an ongoing photographic series consisting of single images, studies and small series, in which I observe various manifestations of gravitation, documented as well as staged. The working process itself takes place both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in small studio settings outdoors with lamps and analog camera.

Gravity has shaped everything around us. It creates space and order, and its pattern repeats itself everywhere in space. Gravity has an infinite range, and can neither be absorbed, transformed, or ignored.

In this work I want to reveal a power we cannot see – of elements drawn to and infiltrating each other, producing opposition, pressure, and tension.
